My ranked mission is bugged out.

Hello, I was playing ranked and finished my 10 provisional matches, i got into silver 4 but my second mission (play 9 ranked solo/duo games) is stuck on 8/9 games I don't know how to fix this, also the riot games support is bugging out so I'm using the boards to ask for advice.
