Level 31 Champion Capsule RIOT FIX PLS!

Holy shit. I played 16 games today and i finally leveled up to level 31 and thinking yeee finally more BE and what happens i get WW,Singed,Veigar and TF and all those togheter was like 600 BE like wtf riot? 600 BE for 16 games? Lets say u normally get 80 IP per match 80*16 thats 1280, so that 600 BE that i got isn't even half of the normal IP after game. FFS riot when u made this thing u said the amount of BE and IP after game will be rewarded in the same way yet i recieved less than 50% of IP i would normally earn
