not getting S8 ranked rewards

hi! i didnt get any rewards from last season, and its really sad... i was only Gold 4 last season and i didn't get gold banner, i didn't get victorious skin/champ and i when i check which rank i was last season it says unranked, which is completely false! I didnt get victorious Orianna either...
