Can we ever expect a client fix? (4 AKFs in 1 game)

Like I literally had a game (and many others in the past months just not this bad) where not only me but 3 other people on my team were unable to get into the game for the first 4 minutes or so (it was an ARAM game so the enemy was at nexus at 5 minutes). So does anybody know if Riot ever even mentioned a client fix because this is just getting ridiculous that 4 PLAYERS in the SAME game on the SAME team can't even enter a game due to client failing to do it's job. Or am I best off trying to get a response from a support ticket (like talking to a bot will do anything anyway).
