Yuumi is unplayable

I swear, she is very very Nerfed. I began Maining her, I find Yuumi {{champion:350}} more "Fun" than Zilean{{champion:26}} right now (Im OTP). But its horrible, one feels "Powerless" with her right now, totally. Yes, she's Pick/Ban in Competitive, but thats in a situation with organized teams. in SoloQ she has a WR of 43-45. They lowered her Q base Dmg by 50 !!! Normally Buffs/nerfs are +/- 20 or so, but last patch was ridiculous. Its really sad. She received the same Rakan {{champion:497}} Treatment, nerfed until horror.
