More ping since preseason started

Have they changed their servers recently? Ive used to have around 39-40 ms (season 8 - 9), but when preseason came out its been on 49 ms. I've used the same pc, same internet, same everything since season 9. Can't figure out the problem here, because i even play with fewer tabs open. Any tips to fix this would be nice
