[Suggestion] Right Click on Enemy Summoner Spells to enable Timer

A quality of life suggestion: - Upon opening up the leaderboard, containing information about each champion. - Right clicking upon an enemies summoner spells will start a timer on their spell, counting down the remaining cool-down on that spell. The timer from right clicking on a summoner spell is only visible to the user that clicked it. Upon opening up the leaderboard, the player can view the timer for each spell he has right clicked on. Extension's - Allow team mates to 'give' the remaining cooldown timer, to each team mate.
