Why Is Lee Sin Never Nerfed

Jesus im sick of this guy being in every game with his stupid mobility, damage, utility, sustain, scaling, is there anything in his kit that he doesn't have? He is in dire need of a nerf and need to be tonned down massively, when an early game champion can still be relevant late game due to how much bloody utility they have, something is wrong.
