A lot of people may agree with me on this, that Azir is one of the weakest mid laners as of now. Sure, I crush enemies with him, because they don't know how to play against him, but he definitely needs a buff.
Also, fix the refresh rate timer tooltip bug on his W, it always shows 0.0 seconds.
See what I recommend:
* **Variant 1 - Make Q range increase as it levels up, while keeping the base damage increase smaller. For example:**
Q range - 750/775/800/825/850
Q base damage - 50/65/80/95/110
Q ability power ratio - 15/20/25/30/35%
* **Variant 2 - Change W base damage formula and add a passive to the R, then change E's active effect slightly.**
W base damage per spell level - 50/65/80/95/110
W damage bonus per champion level up - removed.
W ability power ratio - 40%
R passive addition - Arise! damage increased by 20/40/60 (for each R level) and Shifting Sands damage increased by 10/20/30.
E active effect addition - dashing to a soldier increases their lifetime by 3 seconds (1.5 for soldiers under enemy tower) and steal 10/15/20/25/30% of enemies movement speed on champion collision, that decays over 2 seconds (for both players, both the speed up and the slow).
New E shield ratio - 50% AP
Sorry if the second variant seems a bit too overpowered, I presumably lowered some values from before, so that there is some balance and that nobody complains, but these values can be discussed. I just suggest, these are only examples.
