Give base turrets (inhibitor and Nexus turrets) more durability with time

I think it would be a good idea to give the base turrets some more tankiness as the game goes on, starting from the 15th minute, they gain bonus stats every 2 minutes, like Armor and Health. It would prevent a team to just melt your entire base in under 30 seconds. Destroying the base should not be a walk in the park. It would still give the defending team some chance to defend, but in certain situtations not enough depending on the enemy team comp. What do you think?

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
