Replace AFK with AI player please

The AFK are just obnoxious, they are like in half of my games. Rito could replace leaver with AI player of similiar skill level and decision making ability(sticking to team etc), and people who don't care won't be able to troll games by just leaving. The leaver should still be punished with a loss and queue penalty. It should be something like in DOTA or HOTS, because the AFK are so common.
