Are there any changes planned to Pathing? (Reason inside)

I don't know what was done to the pathing algorithms (Translation: The part of the game engine that determines what way your champion will walk when you click somewhere) in 5.22. But I have noticed some weird things, especially when playing melee toplaners. To make a potentially long story very short: Champions now tend to take long ways around clusters of minions (meaning any group of more than 2 minions), even if there is a valid, shorter path between them, or next to them. This is kind of annoying, if you try to farm and miss lasthits, because suddenly your champion takes the long way around instead of moving the way that is logical. Did anyone else notice that, or am I imagining things?
