Does Kog'Maw need a new passive?

Kog'Maw's passive has no synergy with the rest of his kit and its a really bad mechanic for an adc. Does he need a new passive? Please post suggestions below on what his new passive can be. Maybe it could be something like every 5 attacks he applies on hit affects twice. Or every 3rd attack he does 50% damage to nearby targets (Like {{item:3077}} but every 3rd attack)

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
