plz nerg garen right away

this is not fun anymore i paly a lot of top lane mostly yas nad i jsut don't understand why the had to buff garen in last patch now i can not win lane agaisnt him anymore the burst he has was already to mch to deal with but now when i get him low he jsut presses w and i jsut cannot kill him anymroe even when my jungler ganks my lane the cahnce is only 5% to kill him before he ran like sonic to his tower and only being able to deal 10 dps jsut stop plz garen was already to strong and tanky at the same time why make is to that he jsut cannot lose lane anymore unless the person is to stupid to right click
