What is this matchmaking?

From the Start of the season the system of matchmaking has become worse. why pro players should be enemy team and Noob players should be on our team? I had lost lot of games just because someone play jungle first time, Or they play with non jungle champ. even some people blame other for nothing, they think they fed because of us. O_O i really hate this. all these things just started with the start of season 2019. Hey Riot if u read this please fix this, I really hate these matches i lost just because there is no good player among our team.
