Balance Master Yi's Alpha Strike.

Once he gets his 2 or 3 items he is unkillable and can 1v5 the enemy team easily, you can do nothing since his Alpha Strike (Q) will have 0 second cooldown and he will dodge every ability you throw at him. One way i could personally think of balancing his Alpha Strike: Make it so basic attacks lower Alpha Strike's cooldown by 0.5 second instead of 1 second. This wouldn't make him outright useless but would make him bit more vulnerable. {{sticker:slayer-jinx-catface}}
