League of 1 shot wtf balance

It usto be harder to 1 shot, and there wern't many champions that could do this reliably (usual suspects Rengar, LeBlanc) now it doesn't matter what you play, if your not a tank you get 1 shot, like what's the point if everyone has this much damage we might aswell turn this game into a team coin flip simulator. Yesterday in one game our botlane had a bad start and they lost their turret at 4 minutes right after dying a second time - now I can understand that you get bad games but how the %%%% does enemy botlane with jungler secure 4/0 and a tower in 4 minutes, you can't tell me that's intended game design? Who the hell is balancing this shit... and I'm even more bothered that when I go to the boards I don't see any comments on this at all, am I the only one who sees a problem with this horrible gameplay? from no brain 1 shots to oppressive snowballs and these ridiculous early towers UPDATE: **Shocking! I looked at my games played last 20 games, there was 2 games ending 15-16 minutes, 3 games ending in 19 minutes, only 2 games lasted over 30 minutes, that's 25% games I played which ended before a team could surrender 20! Only 10% of games got to lategame!** The average game length in December 2016 was over 2 minutes longer across the board compared to today, and this trend is more pronounced at the top elo. Challengers right now are at an average of 22 minutes per game!
