Hrag'vul - Void wanderer
Passive: Path of corruption
Grants 6/10/14/18% movement speed depending on level (6/11/16). After attacking a champion, current bonus is tripled and grants 25% ability power for 2.25 seconds (15 second cooldown).
Q: Disintegration (12/11/10/9/8 second cooldown)
After channeling for 1 to 2 seconds shoots 400 to 600 range beam that deals 60/80/100/110/165 (+40% ability power) that marks champions with plasma and słows all targets by 20/23/26/29/32%. If channeled for more than 1.5 seconds stuns targets for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
Deals 80% damage to minions.
W: Nether shield (20/18/16/14/12 second cooldown)
Gives ally champion and himself shield that absorps 55/90/120/140/180 (+65% ability power) magic damage for 6 seconds. While shield is on, grants 10% ability power and 15% movement speed.
If no ally is selected, it will target nearest ally or Hrag'vul if there are no allies nearby.
Range: 500 units
E: Rapidfire (16/14/12/10/8 second cooldown)
Creates 5/6/7/8/10 void bullets aroung Hrag'vul. They target nearest enemy or enemy marked with plasma, shooting themselves every 0.10 seconds, dealing 10/20/30/35/40 (+15% ability power) magic damage. Last bullet deals 30/45/55/65/80 (+30% ability power) true damage.
Can damage turrets for 50%.
160% damage to monsters.
R: Void rift (120/100/80 second cooldown)
Creates a void rift that lasts for 10 seconds and summoms one Xer'sai every 2 seconds.
150/200/350 (+50% ability power) health.
20/40/65 (+35% ability power) damage (magic damage from basic attacks)
10/20/30 (+40% Hrag'vul armor) armor.
25/35/55 (+10% ability power, 30% Hrag'vul magic resistance) magic resistance.

Dies after 10 seconds
Doubled stats for 2,75 seconds after spawning.

There was a Shurimian boy named Ragul. He lived with his parents in a lone house in the desert. Once he went alone to hunt voidlings from Icathia. Once he hunted 3 of them, something has exploded right next to him, and he fell without life. After he woke up, he felt something is inside him. Now he fights the void beast within. It can control his moves and holds power of the void. He now walks the whole desert in search for someone to destroy the beast inside him.
