[Champion Concept] Artes, the Master of Colours

**_General_** Artes is supposed to be a caster champion that finds his home in the jungle or at the top lane. His weapon of choice is a giant paintbrush, with which he can deal heavy melee damage to his opponents. He also carries a palette with magical colors. Maybe he could be an Demacian artist or so. **_Abilities_** _ Passive - Magical Color _ Artes' auto attacks mark his enemies with magical colors, which causes his next ability to cause additional physical damage. Damage: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 (+0,2 AD) at levels 1/6/11/16 _ Q - Pool of Color _ Artes creates a track of color. When he enters it, he begins moving forward swiftly, until he reaches the end of the track or until this ability is activated again. The track's range is increased with each point invested into this ability. While Artes moves on the track he ignores walls and minion collision. Enemies who collide with Artes while he is moving on the track are pushed aside and take magical damage. Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+0,5 bonus AD) Cooldown: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 seconds _ W - Colorize Sketch _ Passive: Every 15 seconds Artes creates a sketch of a blob of color. A maximum of 3 sketches may be stored at once. Active: Artes swings his paintbrush in a circle around him, consuming a sketch. Enemies hit take physical damage and are marked with a load of color. After 2 seconds this load detonates and deals magical damage. This ability does not activate "Magical Color". Damage: 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+0,3 AD) Cooldown: 12 / 10,5 / 9 / 7,5 / 6 seconds _ E - Kiss of the Muse _ Artes swings his paintbrush twice in an arc in front of him, dealing magical damage to all enemies hit and applying "Magical Color" with the first swing. Whenever "Magical Color" is triggered the cooldown of "Kiss of the Muse" is reduced by 1 second. Damage per swing: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+0,3 AD) Cooldown: 10 / 9,2 / 8,4 / 7,6 /6,8 seconds _ R - Color Storm _ Artes lets his palette explode, pushing enemies around him back, dealing physical damage and placing 8 puddles of color around him. The puddles created can be red, green, blue and yellow in color, with each color having different effects on enemies and allies. Stepping on a puddle consumes it. Red: ENEMY HIT: Reduces Armor and Magic Resist by 15 / 25 / 35% for 3 seconds. ALLY HIT: Gains an additional 30 / 45 / 60 AP or 15 / 25 / 35 AD for 3 seconds. Green: ENEMY HIT: Take 100 / 150 / 200 (+0,25 AD) physical damage over 4 seconds. ALLY HIT: Heal for 75 / 120 / 165 (+0,4 AD) over 3 seconds. Blue: ENEMY HIT: Deal 75 / 105 / 135 (+0,25 AD) magic damage over 3 seconds. ALLY HIT: Recover 15 / 25 / 35% of maximum mana instantly. Yellow: ENEMY HIT: Get stunned for 1 / 1,5 / 2 seconds ALLY HIT: Gain 20 / 30 / 40 percent of Movement and Attack Speed. _** Comment**_ The initial concept had a different ultimate, but I recognized it was too similar to Mordekaiser's. So the current ult was created. I'm not completely satisfied with this one. I'd love to hear improvement suggestions.{{sticker:leblanc-funny}}
