Champion Concept: **SIRUS, THE UNKNOWN ENTITY** I have no lore but I got the abilities. **SIRUS, THE UNKNOWN ENTITY** _(Or : Sirus, The Next 99% Ban Rate)_ ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ Passive : Simulation ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ Whenever **Sirus** would be killed by an enemy champion, he **Requires Maintenance** for 4.0 seconds. **Requires Maintenance**: **Sirus **can no longer move by walking. Instead **Sirus **can channel for a brief moment (0.25 seconds) and blink to a location up to 1000 units away. _If no channelling takes place after 4.0 seconds, **Sirus **simply dies and the cooldown is reset._ Cooldown : 240 seconds ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ Q : Treacherous Technological Terrain ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ **Sirus **marks an area on the ground 0.75/0.7/0.65/0.6/0.5 seconds. The terrain on that area shifts upwards dealing 50/70/90/110/130 magic damage to all enemies hit. The target area can no longer be traversed on by all units for 5 seconds. If walls are detected, the terrain descends and allows all units to pass through for 5.0 seconds. Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana Cooldown : 9/6.5/5/4/3 seconds ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ W : Overflow ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ Passive: **Sirus**'s recall cannot be interrupted by enemy champions, unless Overflow is on cooldown. Active: **Sirus **gains **Skip-Factor Recall** for the next recall. _The Cooldown Counter does not start until Sirus reaches the Allied Nexus._ **Skip-Factor Recall**: **Sirus**'s next recall channels 15/20/25/30/50% faster. _The Active does NOT apply to Empowered Recall_ Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana Cooldown : 70 seconds ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ E : Chains Of Mind Manipulation _SKILLSHOT_ ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ **Sirus **launches a series of chains in a straight line. If an enemy champion is struck by these chains, **Sirus **takes control of that champion for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds and it gains 10/20/30/40/50% increased movement speed. _The enemy summoner who controls that champion can still use their spells on Sirus and his allies however they cannot designated where their champion moves until Sirus loses control of that champion._ _The enemy champion cannot be directed into the allied fountain's range_ Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana Cooldown : 240 seconds ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ R : System Malfunction ~~------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~~ **Sirus ** targets an enemy champion and marks them for 3.25/3,75/4.25 seconds where the target's latency increases by 100/200/300 ms. During this time period they also take 60/75/85% reduced damage. If the target is still alive after the mark is removed, the enemy champion is forced to disconnect from the game and cannot reconnect for 13/16/20 seconds. While that enemy champion is disconnected, they become invulnerable until they reconnect.
