Teleport as an item

I personally think that {{summoner:12}} currently is a very healthy summoning spell in the toplane for the following reasons: * 1v1 you can't punish as hard because the reability on getting back to lane when you are pushed out * One teleport on botlane can change the entire game. 3 teleports is something else entirely... * Lane management becomes way to easy and counters the entire splitpush concept * Aggression and variation is limited because {{summoner:14}}, {{summoner:3}}, {{summoner:7}}, {{summoner:21}} or {{summoner:1}} are just straight out off the table. Even {{summoner:6}} sees less play because of this. So why not remove this summoning spell and rebrand it into an item: #Rift Tablet * **Cost:** 600 gold * **Unique Active:** After channeling for 4.5 seconds, your champion teleports to target turret, minion or ward. You may reactivate Teleport to cancel it, transforming the item into a "Broken Rift Tablet". * **Build into:** Collocas Sphere #Collocas Sphere * **Cost:** 2500 gold * **Recipe:** {{item:1031}} (800) + {{item:1057}} (720) + Rift Tablet (600) + 380 * **Stats:** 40 Armor, 40 Magic Resistance * **Unique Active - Teleport:** After channeling for 4.5 seconds, your champion teleports to target turret, minion or ward. You may reactivate Teleport to cancel it, placing it on a 200 second cooldown. [300 seconds cooldown] The Rift Tablet function very similar to how {{item:2420}} works. A onetime use for: * Getting a exp advantage to get back to lane * Preventing to get to much behind when you die in lane * Flanking bot or another position on the map * Etc... Every lane will be able to buy it and make use of his active. The item becomes a resource for the team that will help them rotating the map. Currently I listed only one item where it can be build into. In the future however it could become a component for many other splitpush items like: * {{item:3512}} Zz-rot * {{item:3068}} Sunfire Cape * {{item:3153}} Blade of the Ruined King Spellbook is nice but it simply doesn't cut it as the best solution for toplane.
