Ijh'El'Kham, The Living Sandstorm.
Ijh'El'Kham is a Ranged Tank secondary Support, he seeks to heavily crowd-control distorient his enemies to gain advantage in his lane.
Health: 535 (+83 per level) (lvl18: 2029)
Health Regen: 8 (+0.89 per level) (lvl18: 24.02)
Mana: 290 (+68 per level) (lvl18: 1514)
Mana Regen: 5 (+1.4 per level) (lvl 18: 30.2)
Attack Damage: 54 (+2.8 per level) (lvl18: 104.4)
Attack Speed: 0.625 (+2.65% per level)
Movement Speed: 375
Armor: 20 (+4 per level) (lvl18: 92)
Magic Resist: 30 (+1.25 per level) (lvl18: 52.5)
"I go where the sands will take me."
"The sands are going for this direction."
"I will go, because the sands say so."
"None will escape the sands!"
"I will bury you alive!"
"Your fate is sealed!"
"I will consume all that are not of sand!"
"No, I won't say it."

"*sigh* Fine!... Come at me bro!"
General: "Run all you want, the sands tells me where you are!", "You cannot escape the sandstorm!"
Azir: "You seek to control the Deserts... Azir, but you will never rule over me!"
Nasus: "Where's your brother Nasus? Haven't he caught you yet?"
Renekton: "Don't you have a brother to kill? Or are you completely and utterly blinded with rage to kill everything in your way... Renekton?"
Xerath: "I will show you powers that will suppress Arcane!"
Sivir: "The sands comes for you. Sivir!"
Rammus: "I thought you would be intelligent enough to speak by now, Rammus!"
Cassiopeia: "The sands told me everything about you, Cassiopeia! You will not escape them either!"
**Ancient Armor** (Passive):
When dropping below **10%** hp, any blow that would normally kill him and all other attacks made against him for _5_ seconds will heal him for _15%_ of the damage dealt, while the remaining _85%_ of the damage is absorbed into a shield that lasts for _3_ seconds after this effect have ended.
This effect cannot occur more than once every _5/3.5/2_ Minutes (at levels: 1, 7 and 13).
**Crushing Sands** (Q):
Ijh'El'Kham summons forth a Sand Hand in the targeted area after 1.5 seconds, all enemy champions within **250** units are swept up inside it's Grip, dealing _50/55/60/65/70 (+30% Bonus HP) (+5% of Target's Maximum Health_) **Magic Damage** instantly and _5/10/15/20/25 (+5% Ability Power) (+5% Target's Missing Health)_ **True Damage** over 1.5 seconds, stunning them for the duration.
Ijh'El'Kham's health regen is increased by **20%** for every enemy champion hit for 12 seconds. (Maximum 100%)
Cost: 95/90/85/80/75 Mana + 10% of current health.
Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds.
Cast Range: 900.
Damage Circle: 250.
T**he Hand of Sand** (W):
Extending his left hand forwards in a wide line, enemy champions struck by the backdraft will be dragged infront of him and take _80/140/160/180/200 (+2.5% Maximum Health) (+2.5% Target's Maximum Health)_ **Magic Damage** and get slowed by _25%_ for _2_ seconds.
In addition, Ijh'El'Kham is healed for** 5%** of his _Maximum Health_ for every enemy champion hit.
(this ability ignores all minions and monsters.)
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana + 15% of current health.
Cast Range: 850.
Skill Width: 250.
**Screech of the Desert Wind**s (E):
Letting out an earpiercing screech, all enemy units within **550** units take _95/115/135/155/175 (+30% Ability Power) (+15% Armor) (+15% Magic Resist)_ **Magic Damage** and are **_silenced_** for _1.25_ seconds.
If **3** or more enemy units are hit, the **damage dealt** and **silence **of this ability is **increased** by **80%**.
Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana.
Cooldown: 22/19/17/14/11 Seconds.
**Living Sandstorm** (R):
Pulls all enemies within **750** units to him, then vanishing from sight in an instant and transforming into a savage and brutal sandstorm in the area, dealing _10/30/50 (+15% Ability Power) (+15% Armor) (+15% Magic Resist)_ **Magic damage** every second for _8_ seconds to all enemy units and **slowing** them by _30%/40%/50%_. The slow falls off over 1.5 seconds after exiting the area.
(ljh'El'Kham cannot be targeted by any source of damage, including turrets while channeling this ability. However, this ability will not deal damage to structures.)
Cost: 150/125/100 Mana + 20%/15%/10% current Health.
Cooldown: 180/140/120 seconds.
Damage Range: 1000
Pull Range: 750
As the battles spread across Valoran, a remnant of that magic had traveled towards the abandoned Deserts outside the now bruied city of Shurima. By fluke finding it's way into a sandburied and ancient tomb, the magic sparked to life something unknown and long forgotten by man. The armor glowed to life and the nearby sand awakened as a soul took life inside of it, a soul that controls the sands of the Deserts. Awekened, confused and thrilled to see sunlight. The soul picked up the name Ijh'El'Kham to show the world that no matter what, the sands will reclaim and bury everything alive.
