The matchmaking solution how to get better teams

i think i found the solution to get better matchmaking. i dropped to D4 from D1 since patch 9.14 i didnt knew how it happened till now. I havent bought RP in a while and since Riot games only cares for money then they need to find a way to reward people who give them money. and punish people who dont. Ive spended over 200 euros to the game in 6 7 years and clearly that isnt enough for them. But if u do Buy lots of RP then u get better matchmaking and get good teams. But if u dont give them money then u keep getting matchmaked with monkeys and u will never be able to climb unless u give Riot games money.
