Ping issues in game when outside of game is fine

So as of patch 5.24 I've had massive ping increases from 200 - 900 at random times during the day, but when i check my ping on http://www.speedtest.net/ , it only comes up in the mid 20's? Could i get anyone to underline where the connection issue is, because im really confused as to how to fix this :/
