[Resolved] [21-01-16] Disconnection/unable to log in - EUW

Hi guys, I see a lot of reports of players being unable to get into the game right now. Primarily the reports seem to be from around Portugal/Spain and with the Vodafone ISP. There does not seem to be anything wrong on our side of things, but we want to gather info and see if we can find a pattern and get you guys back up and running as soon as possible. If you are currently experiencing this problem: - When did the issue begin? - What is your ISP? - What country are you from? - If you try to open https://prod.euw1.lol.riotgames.com:2099 in your browser - what do you see? (A blank white screen is normal) - If you try to open https://lq.euw1.lol.riotgames.com in your browser - what do you see? (A blank white screen is normal) - (If you have an EUNE account) - can you log in to EUNE? This information will get us started on where the issue may lie. Thank you for the information!
