Can you help us with the lag and increased latency with Telecom ISP

I have posted this countless times already We have an issue with increased latency of 10-20 ms All because, as you may remember, there were some Telecom routing issues and the whole thing became a big deal that lasted about a month The players would constantly disconnect at random and the games would be lost because of it The issue was "fixed" when Riot contacted Hrvatski Telekom on Twitter and they fiddled with some parameters or smth and from that day on we are suffering from increased ping and sometimes random lag spikes With all my respect I ask you Riot: Can you do something about this issue? Riot Eambo helped us with this issue and we are forever thankful but the job is not done from the ISP's side
