I'm very disappointed in the LoL support team and Riot Games

Today I wrote a message to Riot regarding the apparent server problems that occurred yesterday and issues which negatively affected my account due to these problems. Yesterday I also sent them a message in german after this happened, so I wasn't lazy and I wanted this to be dealt with asap. This was my message: **Dear Riot! I've been working on improving my rank in LoL for quite some time now, yesterday I finally reached the promo from gold 5 to gold 4, unfortunately due to some error on your platform, I wasn't able to use the "Lock In" button, i could see it, but it wasn't selectable meaning I wasn't able to click on it. This resulted in my "first loss". After that I had a cooldown before I was able to get into a new selection. The same thing occurred which resulted in another "loss" thus my promo had ended before it even began and my lp are back to 87. I would like you to fix this issue and restore my promo to gold 4. Since it was an error on your end I think you are able to fix that. I issued the same message yesterday in german, but I haven't received an answer yet. Thanks.** After waiting for some time I received this response: **Hey there SeductivePower, Panda Imitator here. I'm really sorry to hear about your recent problem. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it as this is sensitive information that we're not allowed to touch due to game balancing factors. I know you worked hard for this promo but I'm confident in your abilities to get to Gold 4 in no time. I apologize for giving you bad news. Kind regards. "Yo! Happiness is not a destination, it is a way of life."** No hate towards the person who responded, but what a cheek that is, in all seriousness. Due to an error on THEIR platform I'm now denied my promos and I have to win a couple of games again, having to pray for a good team and so on just to get back into my promo. From my perspective this is intolerable, especially given that it's League of Legends, a multi-million dollar company, yet somehow they punish players for errors THEY are responsible for and you are required to "just take it" and be pleased with a standard response from their Support-Team. I'm very disappointed and angry. Why are players required to just "suck it up" when Riot's systems malfunction and pay for something they have no control over and have to do the same thing all over again, in my case getting back to the promos. Unreal!
