Q about End of season rewards & Honor

Soo i read somewhere that you need honor lvl 3 to get your end of season rewards?, i reached gold with the time i had so i would get my border, ive not been banned or punished in any way, BUT i will not have the time to reach honor lvl 3 before season ends so.. Q : Will it effect me or will i still get my rewards for being Gold + ? / AhriHeartsRiven
