How to reinstall lol client?

I had lol client installed under win 7. Installed win 10, tried to play lol, it said "directX9 blah blah missing try reinstall". I tried to delete client from windows apps list, i tried to delete folder, i tried to redownload installer, i tried to repair from settings "initiate full repair" - no effect. https://i.gyazo.com/c6710701d21ae7d8ac6e86c3260c024b.png
