"COOKIE PREFERENCES" window should be closable

the new cookie preferences on the bottom right open a small window in the foreground. theres neither a cancel button, nor an X, nor is it possible to close it by clicking with the mouse somewhere in the background. you must click on "submit" before you can reach the next page of the preferences window, where you then finally see a close button. there must be either a cancel or X button implemented, and there must definitely be an option to close the window by clicking with the mouse in the background, for usability and less raging in my brain. when you open a link on the forums, it also opens a similar small window, and there you DO have a cancel button and the ability to click it away with the mouse, so it should also apply for the cookie preferences window
