Can I join the unranked lobby faster?

When joining the lobby of an unranked game, the five people put up for a match join in no specific order. Sometimes the last person will even join after someone's typed the lane they want. These people then get a disadvantage in picking lanes as well as champions. So what I'm wondering is; is there a way that ensures that I join quicker merely by changing settings on the client or possibly the computer itself? Or does it all depend on how good/fast your computer is in general? -♥
