Fps drops

Greetings :) I have recently upgraded my windows from windows 8.1 to windows 10. Since I upgraded it, I have huge in game fps drops. I have tried everything, using radeon pro tweak software, razer booster, playing on low specs and nothing helps. On windows 8.1. everything worked fine.21 Im playing on laptop. My configuration: **Operating system**: Windows 10 Professional ‎(X64)‎ **Processor**: Intel Core i7 4510U clocked at 2 GHz **Memory**: 4 GB total memory type DDR3 to 797.85 MHz **Graphic card**: AMD Radeon R7 M260 Intel(R) HD Graphics Family DirectX version installed: 11.0 Core clock: 1.10 GHz Please heeelp :P !
