I've been playing league for about quite some time on the same computer, and never had any serious technical problems with the client. Five days ago this changed when all of a sudden I've gotten the error: "We're unable to log you in because you may be offline". I tried deleting the LOCK line in the leaguesettings.yaml file as suggested in troubleshooting, and also booted up my computer in safe mode to ensure that no third party programs could interfere with the client to see if I could resolve the initial issue. Both options haven't worked for me. I therefore tried to reinstall the client, but things have only gotten worse. Every attempt I have taken won't get me any further than the patch being stuck at ETA 0 and 0 of 0 MB. I have tried the hextech repair tool, forced patch, forced patch in safe mode, did a complete uninstall and reinstall, tried to disable IPV6 and Teredo, shut down my firewalls and checked the permissions the game needs to run correctly. I've been in contact with player support for three days, provided multiple LoL Logs, but communication goes rather slow. As I understand they are quite busy and I would like to have this issue fixed sooner, I would like to see whether anyone else has any suggestions on what I can do.
