We're aware of issues with Telia Sweden players, and are currently investigating. Unfortunately Telia is not a peering partner at this time which can slow down investigation - right now we're trying to determine where this issue lies.
If you are experiencing this problem, can you please respond with:
- Your Summoner Name
- When this issue began (approx.)
- What symptoms you're experiencing (IE: Black screen after champ select, disconnect from chat, unable to open store, any errors you receive)
- How often you get this issue (IE: 10/10 times after champ select, 5/10 times, every x minutes)
For now it may be better to stick to custom games to avoid getting LeaverBustered if you're experiencing these problems - as this is an ISP specific issue we cannot disable leaverbuster, as this is reserved for region wide issues. We will update with additional information as it becomes available.
