Seriously need help getting out of bronze

I'm finding it impossible. Literally impossible. I'm trying so hard to carry 4 other players that I end up getting tilted and throwing games when I see my bot or jungle being 0/5 at not even the 10 minute mark.. champs I play: Yorick, Annie, Talon, Kennen, Dr Mundo my early game csing is fairly bad on annie and mundo but apart from that I feel strong (I always seem to get Grade B+ or higher) Are these champs good to focus on for climbing or are there better options available?
