[QQ] Quick Question - will our Orange Ess be increased too ? x6.5

i know that our blue essence gonna (x6.5) then they add it to old ip sii will they increase ORANGE essence too ? - and riot is saying "we recommend you reroll or dischant any shards you dont want to upgrade before the preseason hits" and i have 16 skins shards .. what should i do ? should i realy dischant the shards that i dont want ? im just not sure if ido it or no :< {{sticker:zombie-brand-mindblown}} (english is not my main english so sorry for any mistakes)
