Hotkey to ask to ward

I'm a silver jungler (Rammus otp) and I always find myself short on wards. My build uses the red smite, so the only wards I have are the trinket and control wards. This is just not enough to keep drake and herald/baron warded at all times. At my ELO laners just don't care about dragon or baron, so either I ward them or nobody wards them. My question is: Is there a hotkey that I can use to ask teammates to ward? Asking in chat isn't very practical, it takes too much time. Maybe I could use the "Enemy has vision here" hotkey for that, but I'm not sure if it is a good idea. It might confuse my teammates.
