Do player support workers actually help????????

so i created a ticket a week ago stating that i was perma banned due to 3rd party software and was not happy and requested this to be looked into more because i am 100% positive this is a mistake. I have never cheated and never will. A Player support specialist reached out a day after which i thought was great, she asked for some info which i fired back straight away and now i have heard nothing since the 16th? i have been wrongfully banned and unable to play and they are not exactly working on it to help their community. I have spend thousands on this game and now i cant play, at least have the decency to reply back saying its being looked into instead of ignoring me. COME ON RIOT !!
