Leagues unhealthy for my stress and attitude// new game ideas?

I cant play this game any longer I took a 3 week break and it was so nice, I came back for 2 ranked games just then and now I'm horrible to be around IRL for at least a day from losing/tilt (Yes even off 1 lose of a game). It's clear the game isn't healthy for me I'm just not good at not tilting. What other games can I play in my spare time that might not tilt me like league does but give something similar ? Cheers
