How do i stop being a tilter?

It feels like my brain just works this way and there is nothing i can do to prevent it. Every time i climb high i just start tilting and i have no idea why , this is my 3rd time getting to master promos and after failing i just start losing even tho i dont feel like im playing any different. And then i keep playing till i realize im on tilt , then i take a break till i cool off and a few hours later start playing again and losing and it just seems like ill never be able to play good again. I dont know how to prevent this from happening , i tried watching streams, taking breaks, analyzing replays but it just seems that even if i go off tilt for a little while eventually it will always come back and that thought scares me. Can someone explain the psychology behind it and how to never go on tilt again?
