best customer service! (no really!)

riot games has one of the best / if not even the best customer services i ever witnessed. in the past 4 years of playing this game, i have sent probably like 20 tickets and all of those tickets got a really fast and professional answer to it, the responding time was from 0- 12 hours, which is actually good if i think about other giant companies that react around like 2- 14 days... and also whenever i have a question they always give a funny and friendly answer (sometimes even personal haha). so please for everyone here that rages about something that is happening to them ingame or maybe even in-client or boards, remember that they are also human-beings and for the most part do a really good job and the person answering to your problem has the intention of solving your problem! <3 so the next time you write to an customer service maybe share some ♥♥♥♥♥ **LOVE **♥♥♥♥♥
