How often do support actually read tickets??

I've been suffering with the client (ie. not in game) occasionally crashing, often at awkward times so sent a ticket to support specifying client and things like "in store", "post-game lobby" and "champ select" in less than 3 lines of text. The response I got was all about how to stop it crashing in-game ..... {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}
