I am on a skinny-fat side and lost like 10 kg over summer but lost motivation for working out and eating healthy because school gets in the way of my daily workout routines
But I recently started doing some pushups and planks again
I also can do Russian dance (the one where you kick with your legs in a squating position
Now my question is
Can some of that Russian dancing( i can do it for about a minute), combined with some pushups and planks and a better diet help burn some of that remaining belly fat?
I dont have motivation for jogging every morning so I improvise a bit
