League of Legends Stuck at Honor lvl 2

_**Hi, ALL I have played as they released the honor system, and i am still honor lvl 2 can my account be bugged or something i got from bronze to gold in this period and i have got like , 1-2 honors a game and still cant lvlup this honor all my friends are at 4-5 even if they lose or win and not even getting honored pls check out.**_
