I don't feel any kind of compassion for banned people

So, my experience with league lately has been pretty much negative. There is basically no game without someone flaming! This has become a really nasty habit for the majority of this community, if you're losing, you're flaming your team mates, if you're winning you're badmouthing the enemies. Countless games i've been flamed for "camping someone" or being spammed with EZ after a 60 minutes game where we had a numeric disadvantage (yep afks). But nothing is more annoying than pre-game mindless flaming. Tired of people hijacking your role even if you call it in blind pick? No problem! I really wish for a feature to COMPLETELY disable pre-game, in-game, post-game chat.
