Honor System

Basically, after getting a 10 chat restriction my honor was dropped to level 1 and locked, however it unlocked quite a long time back but even though I played tons of games and got honoured quite a lot, I'm still not sure whether I'm reaching honor level 2 any time soon... Wish there was a way to tell how close I am to honor 2 maybe even 3. Hope anyone can help, thanks.
