How do I stop being toxic?

This is my 3rd chat restriction ever...My first 2 were 10 games now it's a 25 game.I just can't not be aggravated when I have trolls,feeders,AFKers,people that provocate me..Not to mention this time it wasn't even toxicity,but Tribunal seems pretty biased..Anyway..my question..
