It's easier for people to blame someone than praise another, and it shouldn't be that way

When someone is doing badly, 1 or 2 players will jump on the blame train, flaming the person that he should uninstall and do bad things to his family, yet when someone does good, there aren't many people that praise you for being good. It must be human nature in today's world that it's easier for someone to feel negative about a bad thing than to feel good about a good thing. Why is that?
