I bought an account and the owner took it back without refund or notice

Account's name is **redacted** Bought the account about a week ago, and the owner logged in from another computer today, and changed its password. I want this account banned, paid for something that i cant use. Will also be contaction ebay to get this scammer what he deserves. Also, here is the person's ebay account, which i hope will also get banned as its scamming money out of people.
