Nightblue3 violating Riot Games' Terms of Use. Discussion.

Terms of Use
Last modified: December 6, 2017. This agreement (the " Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions by which Riot Games, Inc.
Hello summoners of the Rift. I'm today here to explain to you exactly why Nightblue3 and Riot Zephyr should be permanently suspended from Riot Games and all of their services. As it's known to some people, and maybe not known to some people, the streamer Nightblue3 got the streamer Nubrac suspended for 14 days, for playing off meta Teemo support, by sitting mid and denying the enemy laner farm, poking them and securing his mid laner get's a lead. I will provide a link to a video elaborating the matter down below. []( Why I think Riot Zephyr and Nightblue3 should be banned, is for violating Riot Games own Terms of Use under section 5: Codes of Conduct. I'm going to quote Riots own Terms of Use under section 5: Codes of Conduct, and explain exactly how Nightblue3 violates it. I'm also going to explain why Riot Zephyr should be suspended for suspending Nubrac for 14 days, after I've discussed the Codes of Conduct violations. "i. Impersonating any person, business or entity, including an employee of Riot Games, or communicating in any way that makes it appear that the communication originates from Riot Games;" How Nightblue3 violates this is actually shown in the video above, Nightblue3 asks if Nubrac wants to get banned, indicating that he has the power to do so. That is something that ONLY Riot employees can do, and therefor he violates that by giving reason to believe that he has the power to get someone banned. Which he actually got by using his Riot contact called Riot Zephyr. "iii. Harassing, stalking or threatening other players while using the Riot Services;" Nightblue3 was threatening Nubrac with getting his account banned for playing something that was not meta. Do note that Nubrac was not trolling, had a consistent win rate with the tactic he was using, and it was merely a bad game. Do also note that Nightblue3 grieved that game and also went afk, but he was not punished for such behavior, he has also not been punished nor penalized for telling players to kill themselves by using the aberration "%%%". Link to prove that just down below. []( "v. Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot Games, is deemed offensive, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable;" Nightblue3 is a somewhat popular streamer, that primarily streams League of Legends. Often in his stream he is degrading his teammates verbally or in chat, he's also being toxic and easily tilts when games doesn't go the way he wants it to. However it's against phrase 'iii.' to be toxic and/or harmful towards others in any way. And he's doing that while streaming and playing a game that Riot Games has made, and that could falsely give the indication that Riot Games endorses or/and condones with such toxic behavior, but also when Riot is not punishing him for such behavior, it could easily lead to the community believing that Riot Games does not punish such behavior, because a major stream isn't being punished for it. Also a Riot employee(Riot Zephyr) taking Nightblue3s side, and just straight out punishing Nubrac for trolling, grieving etc. which was not the case. In any case it was Nightblue3 who grieved that game, he was being super toxic, and he went afk because he tilted which he should refrain from doing. This is ALSO a call out to Riot Games, that some people, including myself, has the view that Riot Games is condoning and endorsing toxic behavior, because they're not banning a player, just because he's a major streamer earning you money and because he has a contact in Riot Games. He's deliberately violating Riot Games Terms of Use, under section 5: Codes of Conduct. It's time for you to take action against such a player, because otherwise he might lead his viewers to believe that toxic behavior is acceptable which IT IS NOT. I'm providing a link to those of you who wants to review Riot Games' Terms of Use down below and in "link" for thread. Remember to be polite in this discussion, it's fair if you don't agree with me or others, but keep a cool attitude, and keep the discussion polite and friendly. Good luck to all my fellow Rifters, who are daily fighting to combat toxic behavior within the League of Legends community. [](
